OSTF and System tests for glance

Add glance client to ostf docker
Need to add ostf tests for glance:
1. Image-create for v1 api
2. Image-create for v2 api
3. List images with some property for v1 api
4. List images with some property for v2 api
And system tests:
1) Check glance in simple mode(default)
2) Check glance in simple mode(ceph)
3) Check glance in HA mode(default, swift)
