Cli client for ostf-adapter

ostf-adapter functionality can be reached via tool with command line interface so it would be great to implement one.
It must provide all possibilities as adapter does for ui, i.e.: get meaningful test running statistics and ability to start new test run with customized parameters (e.g. particular set of tests for given testset entinty).
