Neutron with OpenDaylight Integration

OpenDaylight is an opensource SDN controller.
It is gaining popularity and will be used in the OPNFV reference architecture for the telco cloud.

Since Openstack Icehouse, the ODL ML2 plugin has been included with Openstack. This blueprint proposes changes to enable the ML2 ODL driver in place of the OpenvSwitch driver with GRE or VLAN segmentation.
The Opendaylight controller itself also needs deployed.
