Move TaskHelper functionality to Task object

Most of the Methods of TaskHelper class introduce logic that performs various actions on task orm entities. In most cases these manipulations look very redundant, especially now when new Nailgun objects conception was introduced. So it would be great to get rid of TaskHelper class and move its functionality to corresponding Nailgun Task object and separate utils modules.
