Sorting and Filtering in Nailgun

So far we have "Nodes Sort & Filter" feature implemented completely on Fuel UI. It's not good to ask clients to implement basic management actions. The backend (Nailgun) must support filtering/sort on its own way and provide API options to do so, so any client (e.g. python-fuelclient) could use them to achieve that result.
