Nailgun performance testing, emulate deployment of hundreds of nodes

Need to emulate provisioning\deployment hundreds of nodes.

1. create a cluster with hundreds of fake nodes
2. get default orchestrator settings and measure a time how fast we can serialize this data

ishishkin:

/api/clusters/3/orchestrator/provisioning/defaults -- takes about 15 seconds for 1000 nodes
/api/clusters/3/orchestrator/deployment/defaults -- takes more then 20 minuts for 1000 nodes(finished with 504 from nginx)
