Improve fake tasks behaviour with FSM

Updating nodes and clusters during fake deployment is a task which can be greatly covered by finite state machine implementation. We already have fysom Python module in our dependencies, let's make it work. This also will help us with testing such features, as stop-reset environment and multiple deploy error cases.
