Enable haproxy to use nbproc config > 1

When we add nbproc line to global section in /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg crm can't see that the service is running because there are more than 1 PID in the PID file. The idea is to rewrite haproxy_status function in ns_haproxy ocf script so that it can handle more than one pid in the pid file.
