Move from Grunt to Gulp

Our Gruntfile becomes bigger, UI build task becomes more complex and it consists of many subtasks which are hard to manage as Grunt doesn't provide good API for tasks interaction. It will become critical when we have to modify our build task to build plugins. Gulp is a great replacement for Grunt which will solve all these issues.
