Our customers are interested in LBaaS feature. Now Fuel can't support LBaaS.
We already have packages "neutron-lbaas-agent" for ubuntu and centos.

In case of multi node we need to add string 'service_plugins = neutron.services.loadbalancer.plugin.LoadBalancerPlugin' to the neutron.conf

In case of HA we need also create ocf script for pacemaker. Please see the Specification URL for ocf script.
