Keystone - Active Directory for Identity

Fuel needs to allow for Active Directory to be used for Identity in Keystone. In this setup keystone would use the LDAP driver for identity while using sql for assignment. This requires the least amount of prep work in Active Directory, as Tenants and Roles will be managed by the sql backend.
