Please add basic auth to horizon UI

It insecure to keep horizon without auth, because there is no ban system, and it may violated.
Please organize basic auth to horizon UI.
You may organize it with haproxy, apache or modifying python script.
In HA mode horizon will listen only in 127.0.0.1:80, and can ba accessed only by haproxy.
