Create technical guides to supplement the friendly user docs

Create "Architecture Guide" to provide detailed technical information such as how Fuel deploys HA versus non-HA environments, Controller Node, Compute Node; Storage Node; Network Architectures; database architectures; Sahara/Hadoop architecture; Murano Architecture.
Create "Operations Manager" to provide detailed and advanced information to supplement the "Install" and "User" guides. Initial content includes the "patching guide"; information about performing CLI tasks; details about what the Health Checks do.
These titles should contain articles for which we have a lot to say; small miscellaneous notes can be incorporated into the "Terminology Reference" (separate blueprint).
