Fuel Support for Software Raid

Software Raid support should be added to Fuel for users without hardware raid cards. Both mdadm (Linux Raid) and dmraid (Motherboard Soft/FakeRaid) based software raid should be supported with a priority towards mdadm. Changes will need to be made to the Fuel Master setup and the deployment process for node disk configuration.
