We need to verify FUEL commits by testing performance of Nailgun/
As an example, we can introduce race condition into deployment and thus deployment will be retried by orchestrator, which will lead to regression in deployment speed.

I think this could be possible with timeout utility. It returns specific exit code on timeout, so it should fit these requirements. ishishkin
