Support Build Host Proxy settings when building ISO/IMG

As an ISO/IMG builder, I'd really like fuel-main's build process to support the use of the build host's proxy settings. This will reduce our build time significantly.
At the moment the builds most definitely do not use the proxy when the docker images are being built.
