Fuel Library puppet modular testing
We need to implement series of tests that utilize our granular deployment architecture in order to be able to execute particular deployment tasks and see if they are integrated well with other parts. Also, these tests should be integrated with fuel-devops framework to do quick integration tests and be integrated into Fuel CI.
