Fuel for OpenStack

Export fuel-stats to CSV

We should export statistics data to flat csv file.
Clusters information should be joined with installation info. Nodes information are not included into csv report.
Only 3 first values of nodes_manufacturers, nodes_platform_name should be included into the report. If we have more than 3 values of nodes_manufacturers or nodes_platform_name, then nodes_manufacturers_gt3 or nodes_platform_name_gt3 fields set to True.
