Dynamically build binary kernel module packages from DKMS for Ubuntu bootstrap

Extend the dynamically build bootstrap utility with ability to rebuild kernel module packages from DKMS packages.
There is a drawback of installing DKMS kernel modules into bootstrap. DKMS builds a module during installation, that queries the installation of additional packages like ``linux-headers`` and a tool-chain building. It unnecessarily oversizes the bootstrap.
The utility should accept list of DKMS kernel module packages and produce the corresponding binary kernel module packages built against the given kernel version.
This kernel module packages could be used during building Ubuntu bootstrap.
