Use FUEL to Deploy OpenLDAP across all Controller Nodes

Enable LDAP integration through checkbox. This should install OpenLDAP on all controllers in a MMR configuration, with OpenLDAP proxy servers enabling transparent failover. If this option is chosen, all tenant, roles and users should be stored in OpenLDAP.
