Enable Hugepages configuration from Fuel

It should be possible to configure HugePages support on compute nodes via Fuel.
This part will include extending Node DB-model to save configuration of HugePages for node. It also will include adding new tasks in nailgun and extending puppet manifests to be able configure supporting HugePages on nodes.
Acceptance criteria:
* There should be new field in Node-model
* It should be possible to deploy cluster with supporting HugePages after putting correct configuration in DB,
