Fuel deploys nova-compute service that manages vSphere cluster on Controller nodes.
In order to achieve flexibility in deployment scenarios and solve problem of addition
vSphere clusters to deployed OpenStack we need to implement standalone role with
nova-compute service (VCDriver).
