Setup branches and CI for Sustaining team

Sustaining team needs following infrastructure to be created:
- Branch 6.0_updates (from stable 6.0)
- updates dir on http://
- CI setup to build ISO and updated packages from 6.0_updates
Next step: create public CentOS/Ubuntu repositories for every "updates" branch to host updated packages.
- First priority is repos for 6.0-updates branch
- We need Jenkins job to copy all updated packages to these repositories
- Please consider 100 packages/month as capacity needed, avg size of the package could be obtained from existing repos
