Extend system tests to analyze diagnostic snapshot logs

We need possibility in System Tests to analyze logs from diagnostic snapshot.
Use case - we have some known problem that cause failure of smoke/bvt system tests. To check that test failed because of that problem - we need to revert environment and analyze logs.
Much more better to have logs analyzer that will provide us with clear output - why this test failed.
