Add additional disk check after unexpected shutdown

After power outage cluster can be in broken state due to file systems corruption.

All disks should be checked before host comes up in cases where were unexpected shutdown.

Is it possible to create additional task what will be running disk check utility on all disks connected to nodes.

Due to ceph osd disks mounted by ceph and do not present into /etc/fstab we need to check disk and file systems health on all disks attached to the nodes.
