Global Keybinding to open window

It should be possible to open the window with a simple key combination like ctrl + f11. The keybinding should be global so that it is always possible to open the window no matter where you are using the keyboard. Much like Gnome Do and similar applications

Work has been started
Only slow progress has been made. Having lots of problems with the build process of the c library needed. Once thats sorted I still have to add in the code.
This might be pushed back to a later release.
This has been pushed to the 0.3 release series. I felt it was halting development to much and I would rather focus on other features. If someone knows how to do this feel free to help out.
