Slow progress is made considering mdtools fails on my computer. Will have to look into doing it another way.
This was implemented by creating simple makefiles using monodevelop 2.0 beta 1. The scripts work but is currently very simple. More elaborate configure and make scripts might be created in the future, but for now these scripts will do.
