Extend tests capability on Windows

Windows is one of the requred platforms for Freezer to run on hance we need to make sure all tests are really portable.
So we will start with the following agenda:

1. Porting "difficult" dependencies
2. Make sure all unittests execute correctly
3. Make sure "tox" executes as flowlessly as on Linux
4. Make sure functional tests are developed with Windows in mind fashion
