SSL Support for freezer
Summary
=======
Adding SSL support for freezer, freezer-api and freezer-web-ui
Motivation
========
At the moment freezer only communicates through unencrypted http connections, for openstack that means we need to use the internalURL endpoints or using all the time the insecure flag.
Description
=========
Adding SSL support should require the 3 components described above.
The api should include one new Client parameter "cert"
