Add Options to Restore to Disable Automatic Deletion of Files

Add options to restore functionality so that users have control over how to handle existing files in the target restore directory.

Possible options:

--clean-target-dir - Delete all existing files in the target restore directory before the restore. (Currently what is happening by default.)

--override-exising-files - Replace any already existing files in the target restore directory. Don't delete any files.

--safe - Don't delete or replace any existing files. Make this the default.
