Add the ability to start the freezer-scheduler as a foreground process

The freezer-scheduler can be started as a foreground process and remain under the direct control of an interactive user.
It can be gently terminated with a keyboard interrupt (SIGINT signal) or with a SIGTERM signal.
This can simplify the management by systemd daemon.
