File system syncronization from nfs/cifs mounted partition to OpenStack Swift

As a requested feature, we need to implement a file system synchronization backup mode for CIFS/NFS mounted partitions.

A possible implementation would be:

- Freezer monitor every n minutes for file changes on the local file system. When changes happens (inode changes - libarchive- or block changes - librsync) the local fs will be synced with the remote container on swift. This could be achieved using inotify or by scanning files in the directory.

This feature would be primarily as a file syncronization tool at the beginning, and then adding versioning in order to achieve also backup and automatic restore.
