Metadata encryption

For tar we are placing tar_metadata file to remote storage or local storage:
1) Without encryption (So malefactor can easy get information about the directory structure and about changes during the time)
2) Metadata is not compressed. But compression factor should be very-very high, because usually filenames are human readable.
