Improve Freezer Agent Logging

Need to improve Freezer Agent Logging.
1. Remove '[*]'. This was added by Fausto as a distinguishing mark to be able to quickly identify freezer log messages. Not needed anymore.
2. Log command line arguments at start of process so that errors can be traced back to specific backups/restores that the Freezer Agent has executed.
3. Add error logging statements to give stack traces to identify where errors/exceptions are originating.
4. Use oslo.log consistently in all modules.
