freezerc self registration on the api

The client should require only a basic configuration:
USERID
TENANT
PWD
KEYSTONEENDPOINT
and then it should register himself to through the api, so it should appear automatically on the web UI ready for the final configuration.
The continuous polling to api should be implemented in the client too.
