Add option for dry-run execution

Currently there's no possibility to run freeezer in dry-run mode.
A possible solution is to add a command line option such as:
--dry-run
When used, freezer should to everything except actually write/delete any objects or any file on the filesystem.
The log messages should also inform about the "dry-run" execution mode
