Allow photos to be included in icon set

Allow user-taken photos to be included in icon set, which could come from the OLPC internal camera, among others. Include lighting instructions in the UI.
This implies that the concepts are customizable. Long-term, this should be through a UI, with a text search for concepts & synonyms.
