Store & play custom common phrases

Allow users to store commonly used phrases. These could be entered by the user or a helper who can type the text, and played back with additional dedicated buttons displayed in available whitespace on the GUI.
One example which Cynthia H. finds useful is ~"I have a part-time job at the factory downtown, assembling products."
Other highly useful custom phrases could include names of family members and friends.
These could be displayed with user-taken photos with built-in cameras as the icons.
