Adjust angle start so first concept in list is at ~NNW

Adjust the drawing angle start so that the first concept in each circular pattern is at ~NNW.
This will allow concepts listed first in the XML file to appear at the upper-left of the circular pattern, enabling the first concept in the XML file to be the first concept that many (most?) left-to-right readers will notice in the GUI. This will make it possible to list the most-used / most important concepts first in the XML files, for best readability.
