Plotting of data as separate program

The plotting of processed data is not part of the analysis so it should be separated as is the creation of the report. This would also allow for more flexibility. The analysis code could then pipe the output of the analysis automatically to this other program.

Or maybe the current plots are just a very basic showing of the program output, not intended for proper analysis. Something similar of the log image. It might actually be a good idea to fuse this two "logs" in one.
