Allow users to take a very quick note with the help of Wingpanel

In Wingpanel, an icon could be placed like a white/grey version of the Footnote icon. Once the user clicks it, a textbox comes up along with a button which says Save, maybe accompanied with a dropdown box to select a notebook. This is much quicker than opening Footnote, then selecting a notebook, and finally pressing + to create a new note.
