First release of Footnote

I registered this as a blueprint, I don't know if I' right, but it seemed the best way to do this.

I think we reached a point where Footnote isn't so far from a good, stable, essential-features-complete release. We should discuss what are the few features/bugs we need to solve before a release.

For example, the only things I think we still need are https://blueprints.launchpad.net/footnote/+spec/exporting, solve https://bugs.launchpad.net/footnote/+bug/915519, maybe https://blueprints.launchpad.net/footnote/+spec/contractor and maybe solve https://bugs.launchpad.net/footnote/+bug/905524 .

I don't know if anyone has ever said anything about Footnote being by default in Luna, but it's something we should aim for and we need a release sometime before Luna release.
