The minimum feature requirements needed for a stable Flywire 0.2.1 release

FLYWIRE NEEDS:

To playout a user defined playlist (of multiple items from multiple sources)
 * Source for station media (IDs, Sweepers etc.)
 * Source for show media from the program dropdowns
 * Source for scheduled media

To playout in automatic mode (Auto DJ)
 * Source for auto media music

To playout in playlisted mode (using PLS files)
 * Source for playlisted media music

To log the timestamp of played out scheduled media

To play out scheduled media at its allocated time during Auto DJ mode

To consistently playout WAV files

To consistently playout MP3 files (of various ID3 taggery)

To be packaged and easily installable on Ubuntu Linux and Windows platforms

WE WANT FLYWIRE:

To be able to change the text in the info panel for station branding purposes

To have a working plugin architecture [is this a priority?]
