Remove the capability for a single-precision build

It has been identified from https://bugs.launchpad.net/fluidity/+bug/776556 that the single-precision build is no longer desirable. As such, the configuration for it needs to be removed and the ifdefs for DOUBLEP within the main code need to removed, leaving only the sections that would be triggered if DOUBLEP were defined.
