flabber on windows

flabber should be user-friendly for windows user. how to fix this problem? some propositions:

- use py2exe to compile _all_ python scripts _and_ modules, so that no python installation is required
- afterwards, package these files in an installer. that's really convenient for windows user. to fix this issue, use (for example) NSIS
