Include regional search engines in mozilla-firefox-locale-<locale> packages

For example in russian version of Firefox default search engines is: Google.ru Yandex.ru Wikipedia (RU) and some other. I have /home on separated partition and my firefox profile contain all my settings, bookmarks, extensions... but it doesn't contain my search plugins (they are stored in /usr/share/firefox) and I have to get it from windows version of Firefox every time, when I install/reinstall Firefox. It it's great solution to include them in mozilla-firefox-locale-<locale> packages or create, for example mozilla-firefox-searchplugins-<locale>.
