Setup wizard for first runtime

Wizard what should make following things:
*ask contact, bank informations and branding
*ask vat % or include some preset by selected countries
*atleast in Finland you need to get approval for your barcode so ask if user wants one and maybe print them for delivery right now.
Options dialog where you can setup things mentioned earlier.
All this data should be saved to home folder maybe ~/.finlasku/
