Update the UI to match ICS version

My idea is to update the ui to use the latest ui patterns from android 4.
I propose to redesign the ui this way :
- Create a dashboard with Accounts / Blotter / Graphs (& other) as Home Screen for the app
- Implements an Action Bar throughout the application
- Navigate blotter by swipping between All Acounts and other accounts (like Google+ app)
