enable set more filter options for one filter section eg. filter by status both cleared and unreconciled

Filtering as is seems to me insufficient and poor. Here is an idea for improvement:
Make filtering more friendly, my idea is to add filter rules by demand. That means No filter is nothing chosen (screen will be empty except for "plus" icon), clicking on plus makes you choose filter section (for example currency) and then to specify the section (either chose one or excerpt one, for example all but dollars). Then I can add another filter rule (even from same section - eg. currency) by tapping "plus" button or dismiss filter rule by tapping "minus" button next to rule. This is really hard to describe in words. So I hope it's clear. If not contact me.
