More inputs for loans

When adding a new account type like liability why not provide optional fields like installments/ ROI etc so that interest can be auto-calculated and updated in the account automatically? This would be highly beneficial esp. in case of home loans etc where principal and interest gets accumulated on a monthly basis. I now end up having financisto + some other app for doing the job!
